Overview

Our refund and returns policy lasts 7 days for regret rights. If 7 days have passed since your purchase or content access, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, the item must be unused and you must also prove deliver fail or content addiction for immediate access itens.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Immediate deliver goods such newsletters, eBooks or services already conclued cannot be returned, due to its nature of delivery. We also do not proceed with the refund of this prodcts and services:

  • Gift cards;
  • Downloadable software products;
  • Downloadable infoproducts;
  • Exclusive services already delivered or performed.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use;
  • Software, live calls and others personal services with partial deliver;
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • Any item that has its return asked more than 7 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once you ask for a refund, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your request and we will proceed with the analysis of the case. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund within 48 hours.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days. The refund can take up to two credit card bills to be concluded.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first:

  1. check your bank account again.
  2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
  3. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and upon additional payment, if necessary. To proceed with exchange, please send us an email at sales@halleydrop.com to verify the possibility.

Shipping returns

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Contact us in sales@halleydrop.com to ask for directions to proceed with returns.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
